Job Requirements
- Meets all state requirements to work as a pharmacy technician
- Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification issued by PTCB or NHA within nine months of job entry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move stock
- Willingness to comply with company drug-free workplace policy
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification within nine months of job entry
- Experience operating cash registers and handling diverse payment types
- Ability to process insurance claims and use pharmacy software
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change
Job Duties
- Processes member purchases by operating cash registers and related hardware
- Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking, rotating, and organizing pharmacy products
- Handles claims and returns according to company policies
- Assists in prescription fulfillment by processing insurance claims and scanning prescriptions
- Provides member service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Enters prescription data accurately into pharmacy software
- Fills prescriptions by measuring, counting, labeling, and verifying medication
- Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and collaborating with team members
- Complies with company policies, ethical standards, and safety regulations
