Job Requirements
- meet all state requirements to work as a pharmacy technician such as minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and licensure when required
- obtain national pharmacy technician certification issued by PTCB or NHA within 9 months of job entry
- comply with company policies and procedures
- maintain a drug-free workplace
- demonstrate ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- possess organizational skills to maintain merchandise and records
- follow safety and ethical standards in pharmacy practice
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Process member purchases using cash registers and related hardware
- maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, rotating, and organizing merchandise
- handle claims, returns, and complete required documentation
- monitor and resolve prescription fulfillment problems including third-party insurance claims
- assist with prescription orders, patient/member service, and record keeping
- enter prescription data accurately into pharmacy software
- fill and label prescriptions ensuring accuracy
- verify patient information during prescription pick-up and comply with regulatory requirements
