Job Requirements
- Meets all state requirements to work as a pharmacy technician including minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, or licensure when required by the State Board of Pharmacy
- Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification issued by PTCB or NHA within 9 months of job entry
- Ability to operate cash registers and pharmacy equipment
- Must comply with company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Process member purchases by operating cash registers and related hardware
- Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, rotating, and organizing pharmacy products
- Handle claims and returns in accordance with company policies
- Assist pharmacists in the prescription fulfillment process
- Enter prescription data accurately into pharmacy software
- Fill prescriptions by preparing medications and labeling containers
- Provide patient member service by assisting with prescription orders and resolving issues
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and safety standards
