Job Requirements
- meet all state requirements to work as a pharmacy technician such as minimum age and registration
- obtain national pharmacy technician certification issued by ptcb or nha within 9 months of job entry
- ability to communicate effectively
- attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- basic math skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Process member purchases by operating cash registers and related hardware
- maintain merchandise presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise
- remove damaged or outdated goods and organize product displays
- handle claims and returns and utilize equipment for merchandising functions
- monitor and resolve prescription fulfillment issues
- assist pharmacists with prescription processing and third party insurance claims
- provide patient service and support during prescription pick-up
- enter prescription data into pharmacy software
- fill prescriptions by measuring and labeling medications
