Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of math, metric system, chemistry, and medical terminology
  • General knowledge of office procedures including filing and record keeping
  • Good telephone, oral, and written communication skills
  • Possession of Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License or Texas Pharmacy Intern License
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification

Job Duties

  • Assist pharmacists in providing professional pharmacy services

  • Perform all tasks under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
  • Maintain accurate record keeping
  • Support efficient medication dispensing processes
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Follow safety and regulatory guidelines
