Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Fluent bilingual Spanish speaking skills is a must
- Ability to communicate well with people from a diverse background
- Commitment to treating all patients with empathy and compassion
- Basic technical and organization skills
- Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position

Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers upon arrival in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain order and efficiency in lobby area
- Facilitate communication between patients and back-end pharmacy staff
- Provide direction and assistance for patients in need of Unity Health Care Pharmacy services beyond the pharmacy
- Work with patients to improve understanding of pharmacy communication systems
- Offer a warm thank you for your business to exiting customers
- Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department
- Comply with VytlOne's Ethical Business Conduct policy and Compliance Program
- Remain free from exclusion under the Office of the Inspector General and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists
- Complete required training within established timeframes
- Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
