Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to operate cash register and basic computer systems
- reliable transportation to work
- good customer service skills
- no restrictions on working in the country

Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure customer satisfaction
- models and shares customer service best practices with team members
- develops strong relationships with valuable customers
- registers customer purchases, collects cash, and processes voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- recommends items and trade-up or companion products
- assists with OTC products and guides customers to aisles
- operates pharmacy systems to obtain prescription status
- reports prescription errors to the pharmacist immediately
- maintains clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves
- takes inventory and maintains records
- checks in and prices merchandise
- implements asset protection procedures
- ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
- constructs and maintains displays
- assists with store maintenance
- complies with all company policies and procedures
- completes special assignments and tasks as assigned
- attends training and completes required learning modules
