Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance
- resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure positive experience
- models and shares customer service best practices
- develops strong relationships with valuable customers
- processes purchases, voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- recommends items and assists with product locations
- operates pharmacy systems for prescription status
- reports prescription errors
- maintains clean and well-merchandised shelves
- takes inventory and maintains records
- implements asset protection procedures
- ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
- constructs and maintains promotional displays
- assists with store maintenance
- complies with company policies
- completes special assignments as needed
- attends training and completes assigned personal development programs
