Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- engages customers and patients by greeting and offering assistance
- resolves customer issues and answers questions
- models and shares customer service best practices
- develops strong relationships with customers
- processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- recommends items and trade-up products
- assists with OTC products and directs customers to aisles
- operates pharmacy systems to obtain prescription status
- reports prescription errors to pharmacist
- keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised
- takes inventory and maintains records
- implements asset protection procedures
- ensures compliance with laws for regulated products
- constructs and maintains displays including promotional and seasonal
- assists with store maintenance
- complies with company policies and maintains respectful relationships
- completes special assignments and tasks as assigned
