Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions
- Shares customer service best practices with team members
- Develops strong relationships with valuable customers
- Registers customer purchases, processes voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Recommends items and assists customers with products
- Operates pharmacy systems to obtain prescription status
- Reports prescription errors to pharmacist
- Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised
- Takes inventory and maintains records
- Checks in and prices merchandise
- Implements asset protection procedures
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
- Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional and seasonal
- Assists with store maintenance to ensure clean, neat, and orderly conditions
- Complies with company policies and maintains respectful relationships
- Completes special assignments and tasks as assigned
