- Prefer six months of retail experience
- Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure positive experiences
- Registers customer purchases, processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- Recommends items for sale and assists with over-the-counter products
- Operates pharmacy systems to obtain prescription status and reports errors immediately
- Maintains clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves
- Implements asset protection procedures and complies with laws regarding regulated products
- Constructs and maintains promotional and seasonal displays
- Assists with store maintenance and complies with company policies
- Completes special assignments as directed
- Attends training and completes personal development learning modules
