- must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- engages customers by greeting them and offering product and service assistance
- resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure positive experience
- models and shares customer service best practices
- develops strong relationships with valuable customers
- registers purchases, processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- recommends sales and companion items and assists with OTC products
- operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status
- reports prescription errors to pharmacist and follows company policies
- keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised
- takes inventory and maintains records
- checks in and prices merchandise
- implements asset protection procedures
- ensures compliance with laws on regulated products
- constructs and maintains displays and completes resets and revisions
- manages store systems and equipment
- assists with store maintenance
- complies with company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships
- completes special assignments and tasks as assigned
- attends training and completes personal learning plans assigned by management
