Job Requirements
- must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours

- commitment to compliance with state and local regulations regarding regulated products
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of retail sales principles
- basic proficiency with computer and point-of-sale systems

- prior retail experience preferred

Job Duties
- models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service
- engages customers and patients by greeting and offering assistance
- resolves customer issues and answers questions
- shares customer service best practices with team members
- develops strong relationships with valuable customers
- processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- recommends items for sale including trade-up or companion items
- operates pharmacy systems to obtain prescription status
- reports prescription errors to pharmacist
- keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised
- takes inventory and maintains records
- checks in and prices merchandise
- implements asset protection procedures
- ensures compliance with state and local laws on regulated products
- constructs and maintains displays
- assists with store maintenance
- complies with company policies
- completes special assignments
- attends training and completes personal performance learning assignments
