Job Requirements

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
preferably six months experience in retail environment
prior experience with Walgreens preferred
able to resolve customer issues
able to operate cash register and pharmacy systems
able to maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
comply with company policies and procedures
able to construct and maintain displays

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
prefer six months of retail experience
prefer prior work experience with Walgreens

Job Duties

Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous and efficient checkout service
engages customers and offers assistance with products and services
resolves customer issues and answers questions
models and shares customer service best practices
develops strong relationships with valuable customers
registers customer purchases and processes returns, refunds, and exchanges
recommends items for sale and assists with product location
operates pharmacy systems to check prescription status
reports prescription errors to pharmacist
maintains clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves
implements asset protection procedures
ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
constructs and maintains promotional displays
assists with store maintenance
complies with company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships
completes special assignments and tasks
attends training and completes required learning modules
