Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- preferably six months experience in retail environment
- prior experience with Walgreens preferred
- able to resolve customer issues
- able to operate cash register and pharmacy systems
- able to maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
- comply with company policies and procedures
- able to construct and maintain displays

- prefer six months of retail experience
- prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous and efficient checkout service
- engages customers and offers assistance with products and services
- resolves customer issues and answers questions
- models and shares customer service best practices
- develops strong relationships with valuable customers
- registers customer purchases and processes returns, refunds, and exchanges
- recommends items for sale and assists with product location
- operates pharmacy systems to check prescription status
- reports prescription errors to pharmacist
- maintains clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves
- implements asset protection procedures
- ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
- constructs and maintains promotional displays
- assists with store maintenance
- complies with company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships
- completes special assignments and tasks
- attends training and completes required learning modules
