- Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience
- Models and shares customer service best practices with team members
- Develops strong relationships with most valuable customers
- Registers purchases, processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- Recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion items
- Assists with OTC products and guides customers to aisles
- Operates pharmacy systems for prescription status
- Reports prescription errors to pharmacist and adheres to related policies
- Maintains counters and shelves, performs inventory and pricing
- Implements company asset protection procedures
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
- Constructs and maintains displays and completes resets
- Has working knowledge of store systems and equipment
- Assists with store maintenance and cleanliness
- Complies with company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned
- Attends training and completes personal development assignments
