Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service
- engages customers and patients by greeting and offering assistance
- resolves customer issues and answers questions
- models and shares customer service best practices with team members
- develops strong relationships with valuable customers
- registers purchases, processes voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- recommends items, assists with OTC products, and directs customers to aisles
- operates pharmacy systems and reports prescription errors
- maintains clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves
- checks in and prices merchandise
- implements asset protection procedures
- ensures compliance with state and local laws on regulated products
- constructs and maintains product displays
- assists with store maintenance and cleanliness
- complies with company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships
- completes special assignments
- attends training and completes assigned personal development tasks
