- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Prefer six months of retail experience
- Prior work experience with Walgreens preferred
Job Duties
- Models and delivers distinctive customer experience
- Registers sales on assigned cash register
- Engages customers by greeting and assisting
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions
- Models and shares customer service best practices
- Develops relationships with valuable customers
- Processes transactions including voids, returns, and refunds
- Recommends items and trade-up opportunities to customers
- Assists with OTC products and guides customers to aisles
- Operates pharmacy systems to check prescription status
- Reports prescription errors to pharmacist
- Maintains counters and shelves
- Takes inventory and prices merchandise
- Implements asset protection procedures
- Ensures compliance with laws for regulated products
- Constructs and maintains promotional displays
- Assists with store maintenance and cleanliness
- Completes special assignments as assigned
- Attends training and completes required learning modules
