Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Shares customer service best practices with team members
- Develops strong relationships with valuable customers
- Registers customer purchases, processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- Recommends items and assists with OTC products
- Operates pharmacy systems and reports prescription errors to pharmacist
- Maintains counters and shelves, takes inventory, and prices merchandise
- Implements asset protection procedures
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
- Constructs and maintains displays and completes resets
- Assists with store maintenance
- Complies with company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships
- Completes special assignments
- Attends training and completes assigned personal development programs
