Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

- ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services
- resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure positive customer experience
- recommends items for sale, trade-up, and companion items to customers
- operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status
- reports prescription errors immediately to pharmacist
- maintains clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves
- takes inventory and maintains records
- implements company asset protection procedures
- ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- constructs and maintains promotional and seasonal displays
- assists with store maintenance to ensure orderly appearance
- complies with company policies and maintains respectful relationships with coworkers
- attends training and completes assigned learning programs
