Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in cooking/culinary arts/related field preferred
- knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation/cooking techniques

Job Duties
- availability and scheduling flexibility is a must
- ability to provide customer service while multitasking is a must
- follow standard recipes and direction to prepare food
- memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
- adhere to special requests/special diet orders
- plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
- operate standard commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all sanitation production regulations
