Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and handle physical tasks
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and over 100 pounds occasionally with teamwork
- Comfortable working in environments with pet hair, noise, and exposure to live animals
- Experience in leadership within retail or customer service
- Full-time availability with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Participates in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and coaching associates
- Facilitates associate experiences including reviews, recognition, training, and succession planning
- Partners on scheduling and managing store profit and loss
- Addresses associate complaints and grievances
- Prioritizes, delegates, and validates daily tasks for associates
- Leads associates as Leader on Duty
- Recognizes and celebrates associate engagement
- Ensures reservations comply with policies and manages check-in processes
- Administers pet medication and monitors pet health
- Coordinates in-store events and marketing
- Maintains cleanliness and safety of the PetsHotel
- Oversees pet parent interactions and resolves concerns
- Shares responsibility for store opening and closing procedures
- Recommends and sells merchandise and services
- Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Manages safety incident follow-up and monthly safety reporting
- Maintains equipment and proactively addresses system issues
- Reviews pet parent service surveys and implements actions
