Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service role

Job Duties
- Provide impeccable customer service by following Service Foundation principles
- answer all incoming calls, respond to voicemails and emails
- make boarding reservations and book grooming, training, and temperament test appointments
- schedule daycare reservations
- manage cash, check, and credit card transactions and reporting/reconciling
- get to know clients and their pet's names regularly
- obtain all information related to a pet's visit and ensure accuracy
- input all information into resort computer systems
- interact and communicate closely with other staff to address client and pet needs
- have general knowledge of all services offered at the site and provide solutions
- obtain vaccination records from veterinary offices and input into the computer
- assist in managing waitlists during peak times and ensure maximum room utilization
- act as liaison between veterinarian and customer/emergency contact
- initiate 'white glove' treatment for best customers, securing early reservations
- respond promptly and troubleshoot customer relations issues
- ensure facility cleanliness and safety
- notify manager or order inventory for retail, cleaning products, and office supplies
- ensure all common areas are well maintained and hazard free
- consult with other departments
