Job Requirements
- high school degree or equivalent
- love of dogs, their care, and interest in pet parents
- proven track record of customer service and performing within a fast-paced work environment
- ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
- ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
- must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to complete all required training within scheduled times

Job Duties
- fully understand the Dogtopia daycare and boarding model
- use Dogtopia computer systems with attention to detail
- explain the benefits of Dogtopia services to pet parents effectively
- conduct meet and greetings and sell memberships
- maintain a tracking system for potential pet parents
- answer questions, concerns, and complaints with urgency and care
- communicate concerns or needs to franchise owner proactively after attempting to resolve issues
