Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • love of dogs, their care, and interest in pet parents
  • proven track record of customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
  • ability to work flexible day and hours including holidays and weekends
  • must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • ability to complete all required training within scheduled times

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist pet parents at the front desk
  • manage appointment scheduling for daycare and boarding
  • conduct Meet & Greet tours for prospective pet parents
  • handle membership sales and explain service benefits
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
  • maintain accurate records and tracking of potential clients
  • collaborate with support teams and vendors to ensure excellent customer experience
