Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones and emails promptly
- Greet pet parents warmly upon arrival
- Answer pet parent questions and collect their information accurately
- Educate pet parents about Dogtopia services, membership options, and requirements
- Schedule services and set up meet and greet appointments
- Check dogs in and out efficiently
- Escort dogs to and from their pet parents safely
- Give facility tours to prospective and existing customers
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Uphold and embody Dogtopia company values (Dogtopia-isms)
