- Provide luxury one-on-one care to pets daily while working independently in grooming vans
- Collaborate with in-house concierge and fleet teams for scheduling and van maintenance
- Maintain a manageable daily grooming schedule focused on safety and quality
- Ensure each pet receives individualized attention in a cage-free environment
- Utilize fully equipped Mercedes-Benz grooming vans with necessary tools and supplies
- Uphold company standards for eco-friendly practices and pet safety
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
