Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass a background check
- availability to work mornings to mid-afternoons including weekends and holidays
- willingness to work an average of 30 to 35 hours per week
- empathy and passion for client service
- ability to multi-task and solve problems efficiently
- previous experience working as part of a team

Job Duties
- answering client questions via phone regarding dog and cat services daycare boarding grooming
- greeting clients and checking them in and out using computer systems
- scheduling appointments and consultations
- setting up pet care such as feeding refilling water and taking pets outside
- collecting client forms and entering data
- organizing pet belongings
- cleaning lobby and common areas
- creating estimates
- assisting in feeding and bringing pets to and from their suites
- performing other duties as assigned
