Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • valid US driver’s license held for at least 3 years
  • clean driving record as specified
  • ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • physical ability to carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
  • willingness to work outdoors and on varied schedules including every other Saturday
  • effective communication skills
  • reliable and team-oriented attitude

Job Qualifications

  • No experience necessary
  • willing to undergo training
  • valid US driver’s license held for a minimum of 3 years
  • clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years
  • able to pass a drug test and background check

Job Duties

  • Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues
  • maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
  • keep accurate records of treatments provided
  • mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
  • serve as subject matter expert for customers by implementing the best pest solutions
  • maintain and service all route customers according to company standards
  • advise customers of potential problems
  • keep management informed of any service route issues
  • maintain proper inventory of pesticides
  • carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
  • work schedule includes every other Saturday
