Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid US driver’s license held for at least 3 years
- clean driving record as specified
- ability to pass a drug test and background check
- physical ability to carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work outdoors and on varied schedules including every other Saturday
- effective communication skills
- reliable and team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- No experience necessary
- willing to undergo training
- valid US driver’s license held for a minimum of 3 years
- clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years
- able to pass a drug test and background check
Job Duties
- Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues
- maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
- keep accurate records of treatments provided
- mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
- serve as subject matter expert for customers by implementing the best pest solutions
- maintain and service all route customers according to company standards
- advise customers of potential problems
- keep management informed of any service route issues
- maintain proper inventory of pesticides
- carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
- work schedule includes every other Saturday
