5+ years relevant sales experience
Proven sales track record
Call center experience
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems
Flexible schedule
Dedicated home office with high-speed internet
Fluency in Portuguese preferred

Ability to learn reservation systems

Job Qualifications

5+ years’ experience as a sales professional in a high-end travel or sales environment
Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets and revenue goals
Experience working in a call center environment handling inbound and outbound calls
Clear and persuasive communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities
Proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools like Teams
Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Equipped with a dedicated home office featuring wired high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Bilingual skills preferred, fluent Portuguese is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and understand policies and procedures for reservations
Commitment to high-level customer service

Job Duties

Curate exceptional journeys by recommending yacht itineraries, onboard experiences, and shore excursions
Make 75-100 daily outbound calls following up with guests that have expressed interest, no cold calling
Handle inbound sales calls from guests and answer questions about destinations, amenities, and pricing
Maintain detailed CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on every lead
Embrace feedback, stay coachable, and pursue sales goals with determination
Live the Ritz-Carlton service values every day, ensuring each interaction reflects legendary hospitality
Offer ancillary services including travel protection, air and hotel booking, and excursions
