Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Ability to lift or move 50 lbs
- Physical stamina for lifting, squatting, bending, standing, and walking
- Certification in one or more approved personal training organizations within 100 days
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Strong assertiveness, independence, and team leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven sales track record, preferably in fitness industry
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Passion for health and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, motivating team member experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Certification in nationally accredited personal training programs acquired within 100 days of employment
Job Duties
- Engage with current or new members daily
- Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff experience
- Assign personal trainers dedicated to client goals and Dotfit programs
- Address customer questions, comments, or concerns
- Assist clients with booking sessions and updating billing information
- Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented team environment
- Build trust and promote trainers as subject matter experts
