Job Requirements

  • Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification required
  • holds at least one certification accredited by the NCCA
  • minimum of 1 year experience in strength and conditioning-related roles
  • experience in youth sports coaching preferred
  • bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
  • committed to high energy and positive coaching
  • ability to start and finish workouts on time

Job Qualifications

  • Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
  • minimum of 1 year of strength and conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting
  • minimum of 1 year experience in youth sports coaching (preferred)
  • has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Bring in new clients through organic and community outreach
  • foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes
  • maximize client retention through best-in-class service including coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability
  • modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand
  • teach proper form and technique while ensuring athlete safety
  • reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns
  • deliver accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition
