Job Requirements
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification required
- holds at least one certification accredited by the NCCA
- minimum of 1 year experience in strength and conditioning-related roles
- experience in youth sports coaching preferred
- bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
- committed to high energy and positive coaching
- ability to start and finish workouts on time
Job Qualifications
- Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
- minimum of 1 year of strength and conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting
- minimum of 1 year experience in youth sports coaching (preferred)
- has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)
Job Duties
- Bring in new clients through organic and community outreach
- foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes
- maximize client retention through best-in-class service including coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability
- modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand
- teach proper form and technique while ensuring athlete safety
- reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns
- deliver accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition
