Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of retail or similar sales experience
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to frequently use computers and handheld devices
- Capability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, and lift items up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to participate in vendor training and development workshops
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years retail or high touch selling experience
- Keen sense of fashion and ability to coordinate items with suggestive selling techniques
- Experience or familiarity with various lifestyles, business segments, and social media platforms
- Ability to communicate and share information with diverse customer and peer groups
- Self-starter with adaptability to changing customer needs and priorities
- Resourceful with flexibility in availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to leverage technology for virtual and in-store selling
Job Duties
- Exceed sale goals by providing personalized and elevated shopping experiences in-store and online
- Drive customer acquisition through networking and leveraging social media to create an online presence
- Partner with store team, vendors, and community to develop and host virtual and in-store events to deliver sales
- Use selling tools to increase annual spend and repeat client visits through outreach and appointments
- Make data driven decisions to drive growth and understand local market and customers
- Meet regularly with Store Manager to report performance, goals, and actions
- Complete daily and weekly tasks including emails, appointment booking, follow-ups, content development, and vendor training attendance
- Support peers in skill growth and participate in store leadership meetings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect to strengthen relationships
