- 3-5 years of experience in luxury fashion or related personal shopping roles
- strong sales and client management skills
- fluent in English
- technology savvy with Excel and Outlook proficiency
- proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
- excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury fashion
- engaged and active client book driving between 1.8m-2.5m
- proactive sales approach, with a track record of achieving personal sales goals
- customer centric approach with strong relationship building skills
- leadership and mentoring skillset
- fluency in spoken and written English
- technology literate with experience in Excel and Outlook
- excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Profile customers individually based on their shopping pattern
- provide personal recommendations demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client's style and requirements
- represent brand and embody values of NET-A-PORTER
- ensure prompt follow up with customers acquired through events and partnerships
- achieve yearly targets and KPIs
- lead team by example through hitting and exceeding sales targets
