Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion or personal shopping
Proven track record in sales and client management
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in technology including Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
Fluency in English, additional languages preferred
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds

Job Qualifications

3 - 5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury fashion
Engaged and active client book driving between 1.8m-2.5m
Proactive sales approach with a track record of achieving personal sales goals
Customer centric with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service and build/maintain strong relationships
Leadership and mentoring skillset
Works closely with stakeholders outside the department to drive own business
Fluent in spoken and written English, fluency in a second language is highly desirable
Technology literate with experience in Excel and Outlook
Confident with excellent communication skills
Organized with an eye for detail

Job Duties

Profile customers individually based on their shopping pattern
Using these profiles, provide personal recommendations demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client's style and requirements
Represent brand and embody values of NET-A-PORTER
Ensure prompt follow up with customers acquired through events and partnerships
Achieve yearly targets and KPIs
Lead team by example through hitting and exceeding sales targets
Be the sales expert within the team
Deliver sales targets consistently and manage activities around events, 1-2-1 appointments and other client focused areas
Offer styling and advice on items
Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritized by analyzing customer list
Increase spend of individuals and develop customer loyalty by understanding their needs
Drive personal appointments where possible with clients to develop relationships
Possess a self-driven awareness of fashion industry and brands/product
Have cultural awareness for clients based across different regions
Feedback buying patterns to managers
Participate in client relations, marketing, and partnership events as required
Work alongside the wider business to understand key business trends and increase business acumen
