Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting and carrying merchandise
- available to work mid and closing shifts
- legal authorization to work in the US
- pass Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- meet local minimum wage requirements
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or warehouse experience is an asset
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic computer literacy
- ability to work mid and closing shifts
Job Duties
- locate merchandise to fill online orders
- prepare and package merchandise accurately for customer pick up
- ensure the accuracy of orders before dispensing
- make appropriate product substitutions when necessary
- consult with customers to ensure satisfaction
- adhere to safety and quality standards
