Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- availability to work opening and morning shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting
- pass background check and drug screening
- comply with walmart's drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or warehouse environment advantageous
- ability to lift and move merchandise
- basic computer skills
- good communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Duties
- locate merchandise for online orders
- prepare and package merchandise accurately
- ensure order accuracy prior to pickup
- make appropriate product substitutions
- consult with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction
- maintain clean and organized work area
- comply with safety and quality standards
