Job Requirements

- relevant financial counseling or similar experience
- familiarity with military culture and protocols

Job Duties
- provide personal financial counseling to military service members and families
- conduct one-on-one counseling sessions
- consult with commanders or staff
- conduct briefings and presentations
- provide referral resources
- develop informational financial materials
- coordinate and deliver personal financial management classes and workshops
- respond to requests for age-appropriate financial education
- utilize virtual counseling and electronic communication tools
- manage duty-to-warn situations following Department of Defense protocol
- communicate with leadership and participate in supervision
- participate in training, quality improvement committees, and contract activities
- perform other duties as assigned
