Job Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Knowledge of local area and services helpful

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide information, recommendations, and booking services for various guest inquiries including directions, hours of operation, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, and restaurant reservations
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, small packages, and facsimiles for guests as requested
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business, and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests
  • Respond to special requests for services such as dentists, doctors, child care, and florists
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues timely, friendly, and efficiently
  • Register VIP guests as needed
  • Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
