- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of local area and services helpful
Job Qualifications

- Proficiency in booking systems and concierge software is advantageous

Job Duties
- Provide information, recommendations, and booking services for various guest inquiries including directions, hours of operation, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, and restaurant reservations
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail, small packages, and facsimiles for guests as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreational, business, and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests
- Respond to special requests for services such as dentists, doctors, child care, and florists
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues timely, friendly, and efficiently
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
