- prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- provide information and recommendations about the hotel and local area including booking services for guest inquiries
- process and deliver messages for guests
- retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
- arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel
- respond to special requests for services such as dentists, doctors, child care and florists
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues timely and efficiently
- register VIP guests as needed
- promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
