Job Duties

  • Provide information and recommendations for guest inquiries including directions, outlet operation hours, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, and bookings
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, small packages, and facsimiles for guests
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business, and dining activities inside and outside the hotel
  • Respond to special requests for services such as medical care, dentists, childcare, and florists
  • Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
  • Register VIP guests as needed
  • Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials
