- Availability to work overnight weekends weekdays and holidays

- previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in luxury hotel concierge or guest services preferred

Job Duties
- Provide guests with a stay experience that is customized to their needs while creating a sense of 'we've been expecting you'
- meet and greet all True Waldorf Service guests upon arrival
- handle guest check-in concierge services luggage assistance door assistance unpacking service welcome beverage and fulfilling other guest requests as required
- administer and supervise all True Waldorf Service arrivals to ensure authentic and unique service experience
- maintain highest levels of courtesy professionalism and unparalleled service
- contact guests prior to their arrival to ascertain needs and prepare for their stay
- collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experience
