Job Qualifications

- experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services preferred

- ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- proficiency in relevant computer systems and reservation software
Job Duties
- provide guests with a stay experience that is customized to their needs while creating a sense of "we've been expecting you"
- meet and greet all true waldorf service guests upon arrival
- handle guest check-in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, welcome beverage and fulfilling other guest requests as required
- administer and supervise all true waldorf service arrivals to achieve an authentic and unique service experience
- combine instincts and expertise to ensure luxury through true waldorf service
