Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services preferred
- Availability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Provide guests with a stay experience that is customized to their needs, while creating a sense of 'we've been expecting you'
- Meet and greet all True Waldorf Service (TWS) guests upon arrival
- Handle guest check-in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, welcome beverage and fulfilling other guest requests as required
- Administer and supervise all True Waldorf Service arrivals to ensure luxury through high standards of courtesy and professionalism
- Act as a first impression of Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts by contacting guests prior to their arrival to ascertain their needs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and cultural events to provide guests with relevant recommendations
