Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work full time including overnight, weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- Ability to meet physical requirements associated with luggage assistance and guest services
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple guest requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Effective communication skills
- Experience working in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in guest service software and technology
- Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to provide personalized and anticipatory guest service
Job Duties
- Provide guests with a stay experience that is customized to their needs, while creating a sense of we've been expecting you
- Meet and greet all TWS guests upon arrival
- Handle guest check-in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, welcome beverage and fulfill other guest requests as required
- Administer and supervise all True Waldorf Service arrivals to ensure the highest level of guest service
- Act as a first point of contact by contacting guests prior to arrival to ascertain needs and prepare for their stay
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times while embodying Hilton's core values
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences
