Job Duties
- Provide guests with a stay experience that is customized to their needs while creating a sense of we've been expecting you
- Meet and greet all True Waldorf Service guests upon arrival
- Handle guest check-in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, welcome beverage and fulfilling other guest requests as required
- Administer and supervise all True Waldorf Service arrivals to ensure authentic and unique service experiences
- Maintain the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
