Job Duties

  • Provide guests with a customized stay experience while creating a sense of welcoming
  • meet and greet all True Waldorf Service guests upon arrival
  • handle guest check-in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, and welcome beverage
  • fulfill other guest requests as required
  • administer and supervise all True Waldorf Service arrivals to ensure high service standards
  • communicate proactively with guests prior to arrival to ascertain needs
  • maintain professionalism and courtesy in all guest interactions
