Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel software systems preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to handle VIP guest requests with discretion and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Duties
- Contact guests through pre-arrival email process and pre-arrival phone calls to welcome the guest and ascertain their needs and special arrangements as well as arrival time
- Coordinate and respond to all guest requests by assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations/touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
- Provide a warm and personal welcome experience to guests
- Complete the pre-registration and registration process for all guests
- Escort guest to guestroom and provide orientation of room services/amenities offered
- Offer guest appropriate departure services and provide guest with a farewell letter as well as post-departure correspondence
- Independently own VIP groups to coordinate all requests, in-room amenities, rooming lists, and special billing requirements
- Support front desk business volumes and assist with guest registration, requests, and check-out services
- Update daily hotel communication documents to ensure all team members are aware of VIP arrivals and hotel information
