- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in computer applications related to hotel management

Job Duties
- Contact guests through pre-arrival email and phone calls to welcome and ascertain needs and arrival time
- Ensure relevant departments are advised of guest history, requests, and preferences prior to arrival
- Coordinate and respond to guest requests with personal recommendations to maximize satisfaction
- Provide a warm and personal welcome experience to guests
- Complete pre-registration and registration process for all guests
- Escort guests to guestrooms and provide orientation of room services and amenities
- Offer appropriate departure services and provide farewell letters and post-departure correspondence
- Coordinate VIP group requests, in-room amenities, rooming lists, and special billing requirements
- Support front desk operations including guest registration, requests, and check-out services
- Update daily hotel communication documents with VIP arrivals and hotel information
