Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to handle guest requests with discretion and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Contact guests through pre-arrival email process and phone calls to welcome and ascertain needs
  • Coordinate and respond to guest requests with personal recommendations
  • Provide warm and personal welcome experience
  • Complete pre-registration and registration process
  • Escort guests to guestrooms and provide orientation of room services and amenities
  • Offer appropriate departure services and post-departure correspondence
  • Independently manage VIP groups including requests, amenities, rooming lists, and billing
  • Support front desk with guest registration, requests, and check-out
  • Update daily hotel communications to inform team of VIP arrivals and hotel information
