Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to handle guest requests with discretion and professionalism

Job Duties
- Contact guests through pre-arrival email process and phone calls to welcome and ascertain needs
- Coordinate and respond to guest requests with personal recommendations
- Provide warm and personal welcome experience
- Complete pre-registration and registration process
- Escort guests to guestrooms and provide orientation of room services and amenities
- Offer appropriate departure services and post-departure correspondence
- Independently manage VIP groups including requests, amenities, rooming lists, and billing
- Support front desk with guest registration, requests, and check-out
- Update daily hotel communications to inform team of VIP arrivals and hotel information
