Job Duties

  • Contact guests through pre-arrival email process and pre-arrival phone calls to welcome guests and ascertain their needs and special arrangements
  • coordinate and respond to all guest requests by assessing guest needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
  • provide a warm and personal welcome experience to guests
  • complete the pre-registration and registration process for all guests
  • escort guests to guestrooms and provide orientation of room services and amenities offered
  • offer appropriate departure services and provide guests with farewell letters and post-departure correspondence
  • independently own VIP groups to coordinate all requests, in-room amenities, rooming lists, and special billing requirements
  • support front desk business volumes and assist with guest registration, requests, and check-out services
  • update daily hotel communication documents to ensure all team members are aware of VIP arrivals and hotel information
